To take out the segment of the band,
Use a small pin to push out the desired spin bars by pushing the spin bars up from the Concave side of the spin bars, Pull out the pin. (If pin is difficult to remove, use pliers to pull it out).

Love this watch!!!
Chunk white large face- enough to stand out, but doesn't look like a big man-watch on. (I have medium-sized wrists)
I like that it dresses up track-suits and "yoga" gear.
